I, like some people, tend to be too relaxed when it comes to proper eating for maximum musclar developement, healing and recovery. Is there a recommended balance of suppliments that can be taken, to help with the lack in proper diet and eating habbits. Pre and post workout as well as down-time recovery?

As for any supplement, they are just that...a supplement.  Always consume the essentials (fat, fiber, amino's), take a multi-vite, H2O, and for muscle building, a bit more protein.  Then and only then, after following all those guidelines for several months, would I consider other ergogenic supps.
