- Gary HI have been working out here at Health Advantage for many years, it has a warmth about the place and the people that are there and of course the trainer and owner Tim goes out of his way to make sure that you get the workout you need and does his best to see that you get the end result as long as you follow what he tells you to do both working out and nutrition.
